How do I sign up for Bill Payer and eStatements?
Visit our home page, and click the eStatements link on the top, right hand side of the page. To utilize Bill Payer, you need to sign up for Online Banking first. Simply click the Online Banking link at the top of our home page to sign up for both Online Banking and Bill Payer.
When I tried to transfer money through Online Banking, I got an "Invalid amount for transfer" message. I know I have enough money in my account to cover the transfer, what happened?
When you enter an amount do not use any punctuation, for example: In $1,000.00 the system cannot read the comma. It was programmed to accept the amount as 1000.00
How can I transfer from one account number to another with Online Banking?
In order to make this type of transaction, you will need to complete a "Cross Member Transfer Application". You can do this on-line or call Sue Thompson in our Accounting Department for assistance. Can I buy Gift Cards year round?
Yes, you can! Our Gift Cards are perfect for all gift giving occasions; the holidays, birthdays, weddings, graduations and Mothers Day and Fathers Day just to name a few.
I tried to log into Online Banking and the computer said, "Invalid Login, only authorized members can use this system!"
It is possible that you made an attempt to use an incorrect password more than three times. In this situation, to protect against possible fraud, the system will automatically shut down your account. You will need to call us and have us reset your password. Or, you have entered an invalid account number. Never use symbols in your account number, for example 1234-000 or 1234/000 would be invalid, 1234000 would be a valid account number. If you are taking your account number from the bottom of your checks, it will read something like this, 000001234070. Never use a 7 as the second to last digit in your account number, that digit should always be entered as 0.
If I make a loan payment online, how long before the actual transaction is recorded?
Transactions are posted three times a day; 8:00 am, 1:30 pm and 4:30 pm. Transactions are not updated on Saturdays and Sundays.
