Vacation Homes and Second Homes

This loan is designed for members who wish to purchase a Vacation Home or Second Home to occupy on weekends, during various seasons of the year or even to live in after retirement. If you already own a second home, you could use this loan to refinance it if you wish.

Here are a few guidelines to remember:

• Property must be in the State of Iowa.
• Loan cannot exceed 80% of the appraised value or purchase price, whichever is less.
• Term available is a five-year balloon amortized over 30 years.
