BICCU's Dollar Match Mortgage

Ready to buy a new home? Would you like a little help with the down payment?  If so, our new Dollar Match Mortgage program where BICCU will match up to $1500 of your down payment, may be just what you need.

Here are some guidelines for you to consider:

Home buyer must be a member of BICCU.
A minimum down payment of 5% is required.
Private mortgage insurance is required if borrowing more than 80% of the purchase price.
Must escrow for taxes and insurance.
Maximum loan amount is $150,000.
Must have direct deposit into a savings account for at least six months prior to home purchase.
Must complete a Genworth Financial Home Buyer Certification course prior to loan closing.
Qualifying credit is required.

Protect your valuables in a Safe Deposit Box at BICCU, and RELAX! Best of Iowa Community Credit Union is currently offering Safe Deposit Boxes. We have five different sizes available. The annual rental fees will be automatically debited from your account every March 1st.The following is a list of box sizes and annual fees.

• 3 x 5 x 24 = $15.00
• 5 x 5 x 24 = $20.00
• 3 x 10 x 24 = $30.00
• 5 x 10 x 24 = $45.00
• 10 x 10 x 24 = $70.00
